Download app to use with my new wingman view and I can't connect shows 2 devices but then says I need app to connect to device. Then when it does, connect or when. Then it doesn't show distant on the view. The remote doesn't work. Then you try to get help. Lots of luck there. Always excuses or will get back to you. Lol. Not. So if you get hold of someone who can help have them call me. No I can't only wingman shows up and no wingman audio and I get wmvt remote.

I've had the app for about 4 rounds now, and the GPS distances are spot on. The one problem I am having is with the audio!!! When the speaker is announcing the distances, it's like I'm listening to Alvin and the Chipmunks. It gets really squeaky and super fast. I wondered if it was just mine, so I had my brother sync to it, and it worked just fine. He has the same thing, so I tried syncing to his and Alvin and the Chipmunks again. My brother uses an iPhone, and I have Android. Help please!!!

Hello Michael, we apologize for any issue you might be having! Could you please adjust the Phone text-to-speech rate and pitch. Go into the phone's device settings > general management > language & keyboard settings > text-to-speech You can then adjust the rate and pitch. I have had the app since 10/23. Worked great until this week. Suddenly I was logged out and it said my email was not in their system. There are no options for account recovery in the app. Placed a ticket for support, was emailed a number to call. Each time I call the recording says high call volume and restructuring will cause delay, use call back option for servive. When you do it says "call back option is full, goodbye". Cant even make another accont, because my phone# is with my email. Sucks
